An exhibition of 8 artists exploring ideas of light and art as therapeutic practice, through the mixed mediums of painting, drawing, sculpture and printing. Join us for the private view and meet the artists on 17th Feb, 6.30pm — 9.30pm.

Join us for this 6 week songwriting course with experienced songwriter and performer Ian Bennett. This course is open to all and no experience of writing, singing or music is required. Please do get in touch to book your free place. These workshops run at 10am — 12pm or 1pm — 3pm so let us know which block you are interested in.
Fragmentary Artist Peer Group
Feb 20th, March 20th, April 17th (6.30pm — 8.30pm)
A peer group for artists exploring well-being in their practice. The monthly meetings offer an opportunity to share current & upcoming ideas for projects; discuss contacts; ideas and networks for exhibitions, talks, workshops etc; discuss ways of sharing & exhibiting work; have cross-platform discussions, sharing multi-disciplinary ways of working. Printmaking with Mental Spaghetti
March, May, August, October (Fridays, 2pm — 5pm)
Explore printmaking with multidisciplinary artist and founder of Mental Spaghetti, Marie-Louise Plum. Over five weeks we will try out relief printmaking, collagraph, monoprints and alternative ways of printmaking using found objects. Workshops are free, no experience necessary. All work created in sessions are yours to take home.
Fridays (10.15am – 10.45am [0-2 years] & 11am – 11.45am [2-5 years])

Dance For Parkinson’s
Mondays (2pm – 3.45pm)
A weekly term time class specially designed for people with Parkinson’s taking place at the Kentish Town Health Centre. Each session involves live music and dance creating an energetic and dynamic atmosphere in which to find joy, beauty and expression through movement. Carers and friends are also welcome to attend the class and no past experience is needed. To book a space please directly contact Music Moving.
Drawing for people with Aphasia
